This salad is rich in protein and refreshing
Suitable for a healthy lunch, post-workout meal, or suhoor during Ramadan
The tuna can is filtered and mixed with our choice of vegetables and quinoa, and finally we mix with it salt, pepper and mustard.
Olive oil or light mayonnaise can be added as desired

1 Ingredients

1- Tuna: a can
2 - Quinoa: a cup (soaked in water for 3 hours)
3- Tomato: 1 piece
4 - Cucumber: 1 piece
5 - Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
6- Olive oil: a quarter cup
7- White vinegar: 2 tablespoons
8 - Mustard: a tablespoon
9 - Salt: a pinch
10 - Black pepper: a pinch

How to prepare

1 In a pot on the fire, put the quinoa, then pour about 2 cups of water, and leave it to boil for 20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
2 Cut the cucumber and tomatoes, then place the ingredients in a serving dish.
3 In another bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, and mustard, then sprinkle salt and black pepper.
4 Distribute the quinoa and chopped parsley over the chopped vegetables in the dish, then add the tuna, and pour the sauce over it.
5 Gently stir the salad ingredients until they combine, then serve
